MAJR Resources Opens New Midland Office at 214 West Texas Avenue, Suite 708
A new operational hub in the heart of the Permian Basin.
The Announcement
MAJR Resources, Inc. today announced the opening of a new office at 214 West Texas Avenue, Suite 708, in Midland, Texas. The Midland location expands the firm's Permian Basin footprint and puts field landmen and project staff closer to the operators and courthouse resources they support every day.
Why Midland
Midland sits at the operational center of the Permian Basin. Adding a full office there shortens the distance between MAJR's land teams and the operators, county records, and landowners driving the region's development — from conventional oil and gas to solar, wind, and data-center land assembly.
Continuity of Service
The Midland office joins MAJR's headquarters in Monahans, Texas, where the firm has been based since 2005. Existing client relationships, phone numbers, and reporting channels are unchanged; the new office simply expands capacity.
