Press Release

MAJR Resources Supporting Approximately 900 MW in Project Closings

Two projects. Approximately 900 MW of combined generation capacity.

August – November 2026

The Announcement

MAJR Resources Inc. is assisting a client through the final stages of two anticipated project closings representing approximately 900 MW of combined power generation capacity.

What the Closings Represent

These transactions represent the culmination of extensive development work required to move large-scale energy projects from early-stage planning and land acquisition toward commercially significant transactions.

MAJR Resources' Role

MAJR Resources' role includes supporting critical land, title, due diligence, curative and transactional requirements associated with preparing the projects for closing.

More Than Acreage

Large-scale energy transactions require more than securing acreage. They require an understanding of how title, contractual obligations, development rights and landowner agreements ultimately affect the financeability and transferability of a project.

Support Across the Project Lifecycle

The anticipated closings further demonstrate MAJR Resources' ability to support clients throughout the project lifecycle — from initial land negotiations through due diligence and ultimately toward a successful transaction.

Approximately 900 MW. Two projects. One more example of MAJR Resources helping move energy projects from development toward execution.
