Press Release

MAJR Resources Supporting Due Diligence and Curative Work for Major Energy Project Divestitures

Institutional-level land, title, and curative review ahead of planned divestitures.

Late 2026

The Announcement

MAJR Resources Inc. is assisting with the due diligence and curative process for the planned divestiture of multiple energy projects involving prospective purchasers that rank among the world's largest and most recognized participants in the energy and infrastructure markets.

Scope of Work

Our work includes detailed review of land and title matters, identification and resolution of curative requirements, agreement analysis and other due diligence necessary to prepare projects for institutional-level transactions.

Why the Land Position Matters

As energy projects progress toward financing, acquisition or divestiture, the quality of the underlying land position becomes increasingly important. Unresolved title matters, incomplete agreements and other land-related issues can directly affect transaction timelines and project value.

MAJR Resources brings decades of land and energy experience to that process, helping clients identify and address potential issues before they become obstacles to closing.

An Expanding Role

Our involvement in these transactions reflects the continued expansion of MAJR Resources from traditional land services into comprehensive energy project development, due diligence and transaction support.

Good projects require good land work — and successful transactions require knowing that the underlying agreements can withstand institutional-level scrutiny.
